Bakery Square receives Platinum LEEDS certification

LEEDS Platinum status (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System) was awarded to the Bakery Square offices. This certification is voluntary and awarded to green commercial or residential buildings and is an internationally recognized system. It states that a building or community was designed and built based on “energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction and improved indoor environmental quality.” In order to receive LEEDS certification a building must pass the following nine criteria.
